My yoga teacher training is in vinyasa yoga, with lots of sun salutation sequences. I also emphasize mindfulness to posture / alignment using bandhas (body locks). Come tune into your breath and body, stretch the parts that are tight, and tone the parts that are weak -- to find some sukha & sthira (ease & stabibility).
Bring a mat if you have one and/or a towel. You may not want them on carpeting for most of the class, but it's good to have for shavasana.
