My yoga teacher training is in vinyasa yoga, with lots of sun salutation sequences. I also emphasize mindfulness to posture / alignment using bandhas (body locks). Come tune into your breath and body, stretch the parts that are tight, and tone the parts that are weak -- to find some sukha & sthira (ease & stabibility). Bring a mat if you have one and/or a towel. You may not want them on carpeting for most of the class, but it's good to have for shavasana. Namaste, Julie This event is also listed with the Posture Yoga Facebook page and Bay Area Zombies Anonymous Meetup. -- https://events.hackerdojo.com/event/5823908955553792-posture-yoga
